Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must contact our support team before returning any item.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, or confirmation email) is required.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

Conditions for Return & Refund

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products that are worn, or altered are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Return Period

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund Eligibility

Customers are entitled to a refund in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The order did not arrive within the guaranteed delivery time.
