Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must contact our support team before returning any item.
- Proof of purchase (order number, or confirmation email) is required.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
Conditions for Return & Refund
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
- Products that are worn, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Return Period
- Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refund Eligibility
Customers are entitled to a refund in the following cases:
